Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests find items, answer questions, and guide them through our services. You will greet guests, promote the Target Loyalty program, and assist with returns and checkout tasks as needed.

Work is fast-paced and physical, with a focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience. Training is provided to learn products, store systems, and the latest digital tools to assist shoppers.

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced store environment and varying tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and peak times.
