Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests have a quick, easy and enjoyable shopping experience in our store. You will greet guests, assist with questions, explain promotions and help them use the Target App and Drive-Up/Order Pick-Up options.

You will work with a team to maintain a clean, welcoming environment, process returns per store policies, and promote loyalty programs while delivering fast, friendly service. Training is provided to learn our tools and store processes.

Qualifications

• You enjoy interacting and helping others in a fast-paced store environment.
• You’re flexible with hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• You can learn and explain store promotions and services to guests.
• You stay organized and accurate when processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the store's service standards.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Explain current promos and help guests navigate the Target App and services.
• Inform guests about Order Pick-Up, Drive-Up and online ordering options.
• Assist with returns following Target policies and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe store area and assist with stocking as needed.
