Target is seeking a friendly Guest Advocate to help guests, answer questions, and promote store services and loyalty programs. You will greet guests, assist with inquiries, and guide customers through promotions and store activities while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with their daily tasks and inquiries.
• Engage with guests to resolve concerns and explain current promos and store activities.
• Be knowledgeable about products, services, and the Target App features to help guests.
• Encourage enrollment in Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, maintaining food safety practices and accuracy.
• Minimize guest wait times while ensuring service quality and accuracy.
• Assist guests with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering and usage guidance.
• Follow checkout procedures and escalate as needed with leadership.
