Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate for our Florida stores. You will greet guests, answer questions, promote loyalty programs, and help guests navigate Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and other digital options. You’ll also scan items, bag groceries, and keep the store clean and safe.

You will work in a fast-paced environment emphasizing teamwork, adaptability, and excellent customer service, with shifts that may include nights and weekends. Training is provided to master tools and processes.
