• Promote Target Loyalty and assist with sign-up when needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while following safety standards.
• Explain features of the Target App and how to enroll in services.
• Manage returns and direct guests to leaders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and efficient stock handling.
• Support order pickup and drive-up services per workflow.
