Job summary

Montage International seeks a Telephone Sales Agent to handle guest orders by phone or digital channels, describe menu items, and upsell offerings, contributing to a warm guest experience in our dining programs.

You will support In-Room Dining, enter orders in the POS, coordinate with kitchen and service staff, and assist with administrative tasks. A hospitality mindset, reliability, and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supports In-Room Dining by answering calls and taking guest orders.
• Provide menu recommendations and address dietary inquiries.
• Enter guest orders into POS with accuracy for special requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely preparation and delivery.
• Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offerings to guests.
• Process payments including cash, card, and discounts.
• Assist with emails, supplies, and data entry; maintain order accuracy.
• Keep the office organized and clean and assist with cash handling.
