Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking a PBX Telephone Operator to serve as the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, professional, and knowledgeable support. You will handle high volumes of calls, provide resort information, and connect callers to the right departments with accuracy and hospitality.

The role requires exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and a professional phone presence.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, hospitality, front desk, or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and hospitality.
• Provide accurate information about resort amenities, services, dining options, activities, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with requests and route calls to appropriate departments.
• Document and communicate guest requests using hotel systems and software.
• Access guest information and support resort operations via reservation systems.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and deliver a personalized experience for every caller.
• Document and communicate guest requests clearly to staff.
• Support resort operations as a knowledgeable resource for guests and team members.
