Be the voice of Hyatt Regency Lost Pines and the first connection guests have with our award-winning resort. As a PBX Telephone Operator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by providing a warm, professional, and knowledgeable experience for every caller.

In this fast-paced position, you will manage incoming calls for the resort, assist guests with questions and requests, and connect callers to the appropriate departments. Your positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask will help create memorable experiences from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality.
• Provide accurate information about resort amenities, services, dining options, activities, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with requests and direct calls to the appropriate departments.

Accurately document, enter, and communicate guest requests using hotel systems and computer applications.

Utilize computer software and reservation systems to access guest information and support resort operations.

• Maintain exceptional phone etiquette while ensuring a personalized and welcoming experience for every caller.
