Job summary

Hamilton Hotel, managed by EOS Hospitality, is seeking Guest Experience PBX Agents for its call center team. The role requires strong multi-line phone system experience, excellent telephone etiquette, and top-tier problem solving.

Qualifications

• 1+ year direct related hotel experience as a call center or PBX agent preferred, or 2+ years in a high-volume call center with strong customer service.
• 1+ year experience with multi-line phone systems is required.
• Superior telephone etiquette is required; must smile through the phone to enhance guest experience.
• Creative problem solver with superior follow-up skills.
• Fluency in English required; bilingual abilities preferred.
• High school diploma is required.
• Proficient with MS Office/Excel/Word; hotel software like Opera or hotSOS is a plus.
