Job summary

Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is seeking a Front Desk Agent/PBX Operator to provide friendly guest service, manage guest requests, and direct calls across hotel departments. The role requires professional appearance and strong communication.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, billing inquiries, and PBX support while maintaining Omni’s Moments of Service standard. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Front desk experience in a 4 Diamond or Convention Resort preferred.
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate departments.
• Log wake-up calls and guest requests in Opera and other systems.
• Assist guests with check-in/out and billing inquiries.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and professional demeanor.
• Support PBX operations and coordinate with hotel staff.
