Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests with prompt, friendly service and make them feel comfortable.
• Meet production goals and supervise staff performance.
• Create weekly schedules and audit attendance and timeclocks.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions.
• Handle employee discipline and terminations as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
• Train team members on key duties.
• Open/close park using keys or codes.
• Communicate guest or employee issues.
• Manage check-in process and liability waivers on iPad.
• Operate front cash counter and manage daily cash flow.
• Verify POS transactions.
• Organize park fridge with drinks, snacks, and ice cream.
• Manage birthday party bookings and setups.
• Coordinate third-party vendor supplies.
• Collaborate with corporate teams and use proper channels.
• Check snack inventory and reorder as needed.
• Ensure safety, enforce attendance rules, and maintain clean facilities.
• Coordinate family events and park operations.
• Attend weekly development meetings.
• Ensure correct quantities and liaise with suppliers.
