Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a responsible Outlet Supervisor to oversee the premium outlet operations under the General Manager. You will lead frontline staff, ensure service quality, meet safety and cleanliness standards, and align with company policies to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will coordinate with dining, bar, and kitchen teams, handle guest issues, manage opening/closing duties, and train staff.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required; orientation and on-the-job training provided.
• Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline staff and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Handle guest issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Manage opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and areas are clean per par levels.
• Collaborate with dining, bar, and kitchen teams.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a strong leadership presence in dining, bar, and kitchens.
• Uphold safety policies and participate in safety training.
