Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee all activities within the venue operations department, with a sharp focus on guest experience and day-to-day operations. This role reports directly to the General Manager and collaborates with hospitality and events teams to ensure smooth event delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with excellent time management.
• Must meet health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Ability to work in an open-air environment during all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs/ramps.
• Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Mobility to perform production tasks involving reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event and warehouse staff.
• Directly manage event day staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory.
• Lead venue operations under the direction of the general manager.
• Support general manager with supervision of staff.
• Train and enforce responsible service of alcohol and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
• Ensure all cash handling procedures are documented and followed.
• Interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Conduct physical inventory audits and perform reconciliations.
