Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the premium outlet operations under the General Manager. You will lead frontline staff, ensure top guest service, and maintain par levels, safety, and smooth daily operations during events at the club and stadium.

The role requires restaurant experience, a friendly customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required; orientation and on-the-job training are provided.
• POS experience preferred.
• Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service.
• Must be able to generalize, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision.
• Must be able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions as well as delegate and give direction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
• Report for scheduled events and arrive at the assigned area promptly.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required by management.
• Ensure frontline staff complete duties to company standards.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stock supplies, keep areas clean, and monitor par levels.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain leadership presence in dining, bar, and kitchens.
• Collaborate with other service departments and team members.
• Carry out tasks assigned by management and follow safety training.
