Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee venue operations with a strong emphasis on guest experience and day-to-day tasks, reporting to the General Manager.

You will supervise event and warehouse staff, manage high-volume food and beverage inventory, enforce service and safety standards, and ensure proper cash handling across busy events. This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with time management.
• Must meet health requirements for food handling and alcohol service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Ability to work outdoors in all climate conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended hours, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Follow safety policies and training; report safety incidents.

Responsibilities

• Assist staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event and warehouse staff.
• Directly manage event day staff with direct interaction with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Lead venue operations under general manager direction.
• Support general manager with staff supervision.
• Enforce responsible service of alcohol and safety compliance.
• Develop and enforce service, sanitation, and product quality standards.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are documented and followed.
• Audit inventory and perform reconciliations.
