Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee all activities within the venue operations department, with a strong emphasis on guest experience and day-to-day operations. This role reports to the General Manager and requires managing staff across events and warehouses.

The position involves staffing, training, inventory control, safety compliance, and enforcing service standards. It demands excellent organization, English fluency, and flexibility for extended hours and weekend

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Must be able to work fluently in English.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and work extended hours during events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event and warehouse staff.
• Directly manage event day staff with direct interaction with customers.
• Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory.
• Lead venue operations under the direction of the general manager.
• Support general manager with supervision of staff.
• Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
• Ensure all cash handling procedures are documented and enforced.
• Interact with co-workers to assure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Conduct physical audit of inventory and product, research and perform reconciliations.
