Oregano’s Pizza Bistro is seeking a dynamic Support Manager to lead our daily operations and guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise floor staffing, uphold service standards, and drive team development while maintaining top food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous high-volume restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Windows/Office and POS systems (Aloha, OLO, Compeat Radar).
• Ability to work a 55-hour week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License and food safety/alcohol certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Floor: manage shift staffing, service standards and pre-shift meetings.
• Cultivating Talent: coach staff, develop team, participate in hiring.
• Ensuring Quality: conduct line checks, maintain recipe compliance and food safety.
• Guest First Mentality: resolve guest concerns and ensure dishes are served perfectly.
• Operational Excellence: manage admin tasks, HACCP logs, and staff reviews.
