Oregano's Pizza Bistro is seeking a high-energy Support Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will manage staffing, uphold service standards, coach team members, and drive 100% recipe compliance while maintaining food safety, working to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Ideal candidates bring prior high-volume restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Windows/Office and POS systems.

Qualifications

• High- volume restaurant management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows/Office and POS systems (Aloha, OLO, Compeat Radar).
• Ability to stay cool under pressure while coordinating a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Floor: manage shift staffing, enforce service standards, and run daily pre-shift meetings.
• Cultivating Talent: coach staff, develop talent, assist in hiring.
• Ensuring Quality: perform line checks, ensure recipe compliance and food safety.
• Guest First Mentality: resolve guest concerns and ensure every dish is perfect.
• Operational Excellence: manage admin tasks like shift notes, HACCP logs, and staff reviews.
