Oregano’s Pizza Bistro in Arizona is seeking a high-energy Support Manager to lead our teams and uphold guest experiences. You’ll run shift staffing, train team members, and maintain food safety standards while delivering exceptional service.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment and can manage a 55-hour week, we want to hear from you. A background in restaurant management and familiarity with POS systems are key.

Qualifications

• Previous high-volume restaurant management experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows/Office and POS systems (Aloha, OLO, Compeat Radar).
• Leadership to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work a 55-hour week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License and food safety/alcohol certifications; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Floor: Managing shift staffing, executing service standards, and leading pre-shift meetings.
• Cultivating Talent: Coaching, development, and participating in hiring processes to reduce turnover.
• Ensuring Quality: Conducting line checks, ensuring recipe compliance, and maintaining food safety standards.
• Guest First Mentality: Resolving guest concerns graciously and ensuring every dish is served to perfection.
• Operational Excellence: Handling administrative tasks with precision, including shift notes and staff reviews.
