Oregano’s Pizza Bistro in Tempe is expanding and seeking energetic Support Managers to lead our teams. You’ll drive daily operations, uphold standards, and create memorable guest experiences as the “Big Cheese” of guest service and culture.

We value high-volume restaurant experience, tech fluency with Windows/Office and POS systems (Aloha, OLO, Compeat Radar), and the ability to coach staff. Expect a 55-hour week, a role that demands leadership, reliability, and a passion for great food.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant management is preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Flexibility to work a 55-hour week, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with Windows/Office and POS systems (Aloha, OLO, Compeat Radar).
• Must pass background checks (credit, driving, and criminal).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations and manage shift staffing.
• Coach and develop team talent; participate in hiring processes.
• Ensure quality through line checks, recipe compliance, and food safety standards.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and resolve concerns to ensure excellent dining experiences.
• Handle administrative duties such as shift notes, HACCP logs, and staff reviews.
