Qualifications

• Previous high-volume restaurant management experience is preferred.
• Flexibility to work a 55-hour week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License and food safety/alcohol certifications.
• Must pass a background check (credit, driving, and criminal).

Responsibilities

• Leading the floor: Manage shift staffing, set service standards, and run pre-shift meetings.
• Cultivating talent: Coaching, developing staff, and participating in hiring.
• Ensuring quality: Conduct line checks, ensure recipe compliance, maintain food safety standards.
• Guest first mentality: Resolve guest concerns and ensure dishes are served perfectly.
• Operational excellence: Handle administrative tasks with precision (shift notes, HACCP logs, staff reviews).
