Job summary

Oregano’s Pizza Bistro is hiring a Support Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, staffing, and guest experience. You’ll coach teams, ensure service standards, and maintain food safety and recipe compliance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Familiarity with Windows/Office.
• Proficient with POS systems: Aloha, OLO, Compeat Radar.
• Available to work 55-hour weeks, weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License and food safety/alcohol certifications.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass background check (credit, driving, and criminal).

Responsibilities

• Lead floor staffing and daily pre-shift meetings.
• Coach and develop staff; participate in hiring.
• Ensure recipe compliance and food safety.
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Manage administrative tasks (shift notes, HACCP logs, staff reviews).
