Oregano’s Pizza Bistro in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a motivated Support Manager to lead daily operations and guest experiences. You will drive excellence by overseeing shift staffing, service standards, and safety protocols while fostering a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous high-volume restaurant management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience coaching staff and participating in hiring processes.
• Familiarity with Windows/Office and POS systems.
• Ability to work a 55-hour week including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and shift staffing.
• Ensure service standards, conduct pre-shift meetings.
• Coach and develop team to reduce turnover.
• Maintain food safety standards and recipe compliance.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage administrative tasks such as shift notes and HACCP logs.
