Qualifications

• Previous high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Familiarity with Windows/Office and POS systems (Aloha, OLO, Compeat Radar).
• Valid Driver’s License and food safety certifications.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Floor: Managing shift staffing, standards of service, and leading daily pre-shift meetings.
• Cultivating Talent: Coaching, development, and participation in the hiring process.
• Ensuring Quality: Conducting line checks, 100% recipe compliance, and maintaining food safety standards.
• Guest First Mentality: Resolving guest concerns and ensuring every dish is served to perfection.
• Operational Excellence: Managing administrative tasks (shift notes, HACCP logs, staff reviews) with precision.
