Job summary

Requirements include a High School diploma and 2+ years in a customer-facing role. Spanish & English bilingual skills are preferred. Certification in TIPS may be required at some properties, and experience with PMS systems

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently.
• Register guests and post charges to accounts, ensuring payments are secure.
• Answer questions and resolve guest concerns per Baywood standards.
• Coordinate with departments to deliver guest services and fulfill requests.
• Upsell rooms and services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Handle cash drawers and daily financial reconciliations per policy.
• Maintain logs, communications, and brand procedures for guest privacy and safety.
