• Four years of team management and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads hospitality team to deliver high-quality on-premise guest experience.
• Oversees VIPs, beer schools, in-house events, staff scheduling and temp labor.
• Oversees food service operations including café-style service and FOH/BOH standards.
• Oversees budgeting and department finances.
• Manages staff hiring and performance; provides training/mentoring.
• Integrates Sales and Branding campaigns into the brewery experience.
• Upholds safety and legal compliance.
