New Belgium Brewing Company in Fort Collins, CO seeks a hospitality leader to drive a high-quality guest experience on-premise, reflect the brand, and align daily operations with business goals. You will oversee VIPs, beer schools, events, and both FOH/BOH staff, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role includes budgeting oversight, staff development, and integrating sales/branding campaigns into the Liquid Center aesthetic.

This position leads the hospitality team in delivering a high - quality on - premise guest experience that reflects the brand, supports business goals, and ensures safe, efficient daily operations. Responsibilities may also include oversight of food service operations , such as a café, including coordination of Back of House and Front of House activities .Essential Duties:Facilitation of stra tegic priorities, departmental goals, initiatives, and performance work objectives managementOversees and approves VIPs , beer schools, in-house events, staff scheduling, and temp labor useMay oversee food service operations, including café-style service, Back of House preparation and operational standards, and Front of House guest service executionOversees and report on budgeting and department financesManage staff hiring and performance; provide training/mentoringIntegration of Sales and Branding campaigns into the liquid center aesthetic and brewery experienceUphold legal requirements and ensure safety of guestsActive member of the Liquid CenterOther duties as assignedEducation/ Experience/Skills:Four years of team management and customer service experienceExperience managing or supporting food service operations, including Back of House and Front of House functions, may be required based on business needsThorough knowledge of all NBB and Bells brands, history , process, culture, and the beer industryIn depth knowledge of marketing/branding practices and procedures at NBBIn depth knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of financial statementsAdvanced verbal and written communication and public speaking skillsThorough understanding of legal requirements for serving alcoholKnowledgeable in brewing processes and NBB and Bells beersPercent of Travel: 0-10%Working Conditions: Office; Restaurant environment; Position requires working nights & weekends.Physical Requirements :The position requires frequent, constant standing and walking.Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.Must be able to move and process information quickly.Continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms.Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position.
