The role oversees VIP events, staff scheduling, food service operations, and the integration of sales and branding campaigns into the brewery experience, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance during nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Four years of team management and customer service experience.
• Experience supporting food service operations (Back of House and Front of House).
• Knowledge of NBB and Bells brands, history, and beer industry.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospitality team to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Oversee VIPs, beer schools, in-house events, staff scheduling, and temp labor.
• Coordinate Back of House and Front of House food service operations.
• Manage budgeting and department finances.
• Integrate sales and branding campaigns into the brewery experience.
• Uphold safety and legal compliance in serving alcohol.
