New Belgium Brewing Company Inc leads the hospitality team to deliver a high-quality on-premise guest experience that reflects the brand and supports business goals. The role ensures safe, efficient daily operations and may oversee café-style food service, coordinating Back of House and Front of House activities.
Requires four years of team management and customer service, strong knowledge of brand, marketing, and beer processes, plus excellent communication and alcohol service compliance.

Responsibilities may also include oversight of food service operations, such as a café, including coordination of Back of House and Front of House activities.

The position requires frequent, constant standing and walking. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours). Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to move and process information quickly. Continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms.
Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons. Starting Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00
