Job summary

New Belgium Brewing Company in Daleville, VA seeks a flexible guest services professional to support brewery tours, beer education, and retail operations. The role may be part-time or full-time, with shifts Wed–Sun and hours from 9 AM to 10 PM, depending on status.

You will guide guests, handle merchandise and cash, maintain safety standards, and assist with food service as needed. Strong customer service and knowledge of beer culture are essential, with TIPS training preferred and a willingness

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Knowledge of brewing and beer industry.
• Understanding of alcohol service laws and ID checks (TIPS trained).
• Able to lift up to 90 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests on tours around the brewery providing exceptional experiences.
• Conduct retail operations including merchandise stocking and cash handling.
• Provide beer education and brand culture information.
• Offer guest-facing food service support when needed.
• Follow safety guidelines in production areas.
