Job summary

Subway in Michigan is seeking a Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and guest service. You will drive food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, and safety while coaching staff and building a strong team.

You will partner with local marketing efforts, plan promotions, recruit and train team members, and ensure compliance with health codes. This role requires strong communication and a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant setting with supervising/training.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and daily restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest experience and ensure friendly service.

• Keep the restaurant clean, functional, and visually appealing.
