Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience. You’ll train and supervise crew, maintain a clean line, and support various tasks from food safety to office duties.

The role requires a high school diploma and restaurant experience. In this position, you’ll help manage breaks, shifts, and training while contributing to ongoing service excellence and staff development.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge as per health department standards.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Comfort with office paperwork and administrative duties.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasty, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature monitoring.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties (banking, cash handling policies).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
