Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, efficient line, training crew, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant.

The Service Leader will oversee food safety, line readiness, and crew development, while handling office tasks and supporting management goals. Strong communication and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervise and train restaurant crew on standards and service.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes and time/temperature checks.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew and participate in performance reviews.
