Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support miscellaneous office duties.
• Assist with creating future Service Leaders and cross-training staff.
