Job summary

Buckhead America Hospitality seeks a Front Office Manager in Atlanta to lead Guest Services, Revenue Management, and related departments, modeling the brand culture and driving guest and associate satisfaction. Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of hotel management experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willing to sign Buckhead America Hospitality non-disclosure and non-compete agreements.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• Ability to analyze data using tools and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across all hotel departments following Buckhead America standards.
• Directly manage and mentor Guest Services Associates.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly activities and budget adherence.
• Control department expenses and maximize profitability.
• Ensure high guest and associate experiences and brand compliance.
