Buckhead America Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead guest services and support all hotel departments. The role models company culture and drives efficiency, profitability, and a positive work environment.

The position is salaried with a pay range of $42k–$45k per year, requiring at least three years of hotel management experience and strong data‑driven decision making. Weekend and holiday work may be needed.

Qualifications

Three years of hotel management experience.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Willing to sign Buckhead America Hospitality NDA and non-compete agreements.
Willing to work weekends and holidays as required.
Ability to analyze data using tools, spreadsheets, and methods.
Ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.

Responsibilities

Directly manage and mentor all Guest Services Associates; coach and develop staff.
Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all hotel departments.
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly activities and control department expenses.
Maintain brand standards and franchise requirements; be a Brand Champion.
Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as scheduled by General Manager.
Support sales and marketing efforts and participate in annual plans.
