Hyatt Vacation Club at The Ranahan in Breckenridge, CO seeks an experienced hospitality leader for a Non-Exempt Management role. The position is paid hourly with overtime per law.

Responsibilities focus on guest services, front desk, housekeeping operations, driving guest satisfaction, team leadership, and financial oversight to improve productivity and service quality. On-site role with comprehensive benefits in Colorado.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years’ guest services/front desk or related experience.
• Or 2-year degree in Hospitality/Resort Management with 2 years’ related experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure goals are translated to the team for guest tracking and productivity.
• Create an environment emphasizing motivation, teamwork and service.
• Understand guest satisfaction results and develop plans to improve.
• Lead by example with energy and enthusiasm.
• Oversee property operations functions and recovery plans.
• Publish guest satisfaction results timely and transparently.
• Train and schedule associates to meet guest/room demand.
• Perform hourly job functions when needed.
• Provide excellent on-site customer service and respond to requests.
