Job summary

LAZ Parking Midwest, LLC is seeking a Hospitality Manager in Breckenridge, CO to lead valet, transportation, guest services, and hospitality teams across luxury hotel and resort operations.

You will partner with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive financial performance, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior valet parking experience within a hospitality environment.
• Previous supervisory, management, or leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop valet, guest services, and frontline staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Build relationships with hotel leadership, clients, and stakeholders to align service with contractual obligations.
• Monitor service performance and implement improvement initiatives across operations.
• Support budgeting, labor planning, and revenue optimization while maintaining service excellence.
• Promote safety, compliance, and risk management across all hospitality teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and leadership development across multiple sites.
