Job summary

Destination Hospitality in Breckenridge, CO seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead front-of-house operations and act as Manager on Duty when the General Manager is unavailable. The role focuses on hospitality excellence, staff development, and operational leadership.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily sales, labor, and cost controls; managing schedules; and maintaining guest experience standards while upholding the Destination Hospitality culture and values.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in upscale or high-volume hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• TIPS certification required (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations and act as Manager on Duty in GM's absence.
• Monitor daily sales performance, labor, and cost controls; utilize POS and scheduling tools.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to front-of-house staff.
