The role emphasizes coaching, schedule management, cost awareness, guest relations, and a culture of accountability. Compensation includes a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 with bonus potential and full‑time benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading upscale or high-volume hospitality teams.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead calmly in fast-paced environments.
• Finance literacy; comfortable reviewing labor, sales, and costs.
• TIPS certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations and ensure service standards.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager.
• Conduct daily lineups and pre-shift communications.
• Coach staff and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Monitor daily sales, labor, and cost controls.
• Maintain compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Deliver genuine hospitality and create memorable guest experiences.
