Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, Colorado seeks a Housekeeping Administrative Assistant to support the housekeeping team with timekeeping, payroll, onboarding, and inventory control. The role requires strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in housekeeping/resort operations - preferred
• 1+ years experience working in an office/administrative setting - preferred
• Conversational or better Spanish fluency - preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite - preferred
• Experience with ALICE hotel management software – preferred
• Proficiency in written and spoken English - required

Responsibilities

• Track time and attendance for employees and contracted workers
• Oversee uniform and equipment (radios, etc.) inventory
• Assign and manage key access
• Communicate with other departments regarding updates, closures, etc.
• Attend and maintain notes for department meetings/trainings
