Job summary

Event Network, LLC is hiring a Key Holder to join our store team in New Orleans. You’ll work with management to deliver outstanding guest service, process transactions, restock merchandise, and help maintain store standards throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate has prior Key Holder or supervisory retail experience, a friendly service mindset, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings. Must be 21+ for liquor sales where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or supervisor in a retail environment.
• Merchandising experience organizing and presenting products that are visually appealing.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a service mindset.
• Must be 21 for Liquor sales
• Position requires flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist to provide quality guest service.
• Practice suggestive selling to increase sales.
• Know store products, promotions, KPIs and new products.
• Maintain presentation standards and restock merchandise.
• Process transactions accurately in the cash register system.
• Complete store paperwork and procedures.
• Recognize security risks and protect assets.
• Follow laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with staff to hit store goals.
