Job summary

Midwest Shooting Center in Wheeling, WV is seeking a Guest Services Specialist to drive membership growth through Sample Sessions and premium service sales. You will convert prospects into training agreements and memberships while coaching teammates on the sales process and ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong sales ability, especially in one-on-one Sample Sessions and membership conversations.
• Ability to coach, support, and develop other team members.
• Organized and disciplined in tracking sales activity, follow-up, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally conduct Sample Sessions and convert them into training agreements and memberships.
• Execute membership appointments and close new membership sales.
• Coach location team members on the membership and premium service sales process.
• Work with sales specialists and team members to manage schedules effectively, support floor efforts, and add new clients and members.
• Ensure fast, professional follow-up on leads, inquiries, and prospective members.
• Track, report, and improve key sales metrics, including new memberships, training agreements, and conversion rates.
• Participate in daily and weekly meetings to review performance, coach priorities, and align on sales goals.
• Partner with department managers to align strategies, resources, and guest experience standards.
• Represent Midwest Shooting Center with professionalism, hospitality, and a customer-first attitude.
