Job summary

Midwest Shooting Center is seeking a Guest Services Specialist to drive membership growth and premium guest experiences at our Ohio location. You will lead Sample Sessions, convert prospects into training agreements and memberships, and coach teammates on the sales process to help the location hit sales and service goals.

The role emphasizes fast follow-up with leads, accurate tracking of memberships and sessions, and collaboration with department managers to align resources and guest engagement

Qualifications

• Strong sales ability, especially in one-on-one Sample Sessions and membership conversations.
• Ability to coach, support, and develop other team members.
• Organized and disciplined in tracking sales activity, follow-up, and performance metrics.
• Positive, customer-first attitude with high energy and professionalism.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Successful completion of required firearms-specific background checks and training, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Personally conduct Sample Sessions and convert them into training agreements and memberships.
• Execute membership appointments and close new membership sales.
• Coach location team members on the membership and premium service sales process.
• Collaborate with sales specialists to manage schedules and support floor efforts.
• Ensure fast, professional follow-up on leads and inquiries from prospective members.
• Track, report, and improve key sales metrics: new memberships, training agreements, and conversion rates.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings to review performance and align on sales goals.
• Partner with managers to align strategies and guest experience standards.
