Job summary

Midwest Shooting Center is seeking an Assistant General Manager - Premium Services in Wheeling, WV to lead member and training client care, onboarding, account management, and retention.

You’ll coach instructors, oversee scheduling, payments, and renewals, and collaborate with Sales and Retail teams to deliver exceptional service for our members. The role includes base salary and performance incentives, health benefits, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, payments, renewals, and account management.
• Manage training client experience and scheduling of sessions.
• Coach instructors to maintain safety, consistency, and professionalism.
• Respond to member inquiries with proactive, professional solutions.
• Analyze retention, delinquency, and satisfaction metrics to identify improvements.
• Drive member retention and satisfaction through exceptional service standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Retail/Range teams for smooth handoffs.
