Job summary

Midwest Shooting Center is growing rapidly and seeks a Guest Services Specialist to drive membership growth, sales, and a premium guest experience at our Liberty Township, OH location. You will conduct Sample Sessions, convert prospects into training agreements and memberships, coach team members on the sales process, and help the location consistently achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Strong sales ability, especially in one-on-one Sample Sessions and membership conversations.
• Ability to coach, support, and develop other team members.
• Organized and disciplined in tracking sales activity, follow-up, and performance metrics.
• Positive, customer-first attitude with high energy and professionalism.
• Comfort leading from the front and setting the standard for guest engagement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Successful completion of required firearms-specific background checks and training, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Personally conduct Sample Sessions and convert them into training agreements and memberships.
• Execute membership appointments and close new membership sales.
• Coach location team members on the membership and premium service sales process.
• Work with sales specialists and team members to manage schedules effectively, support floor efforts, and add new clients and members.
• Ensure fast, professional follow-up on leads, inquiries, and prospective members.
• Track, report, and improve key sales metrics, including new memberships, training agreements, and conversion rates.
• Participate in daily and weekly meetings to review performance, coach priorities, and align on sales goals.
• Partner with department managers to align strategies, resources, and guest experience standards.
• Represent Midwest Shooting Center with professionalism, hospitality, and a customer-first attitude.
