You will greet members warmly, share information about memberships and personal training, and maintain a clean, inviting club environment to foster community.

You will engage members through confident conversations and tours, aiming to drive memberships and upgrades while delivering uplifting, supportive service in a fast-paced gym setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and professional approach.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and set a welcoming tone at the front desk.
• Guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.
• Keep the club clean and organized to feel like home for guests.
