Pinnacle Fit Clubs, LLC is seeking a full-time Member Services Representative. You are the first impression for members and guests, delivering a welcoming, judgment-free atmosphere and exceptional customer service.

Greet members, assist inquiries, conduct tours, resolve issues, and help keep the club clean. Shifts are AM/PM, Monday through Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and engage with guests as they enter and exit the club.
• Address inquiries and assist members with questions about services.
• Conduct facility tours and resolve issues to maintain a clean, safe, inviting environment.
• Support a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace during AM and PM shifts.
