Job summary

The Jamul Indian Village Development Corporation is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to join our guest services team. The role involves assisting guests, supporting loyalty programs, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Candidates should be able to handle multiple tasks, operate standard office equipment, and obtain a gaming license. Availability for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability for multiple shifts to include nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and possess strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to operate computer/software programs (including Microsoft Office), multiline phone system, copy machines, printers/embossers, and other office equipment.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.
• Assist patrons with questions as they relate to the property and loyalty programs.
• Work in conjunction with other departments on an as needed basis.
• Assist with accountability for all team members for day to day and long-term operations to include training and developing team members which includes coaching, mentoring and appropriate performance management up to and including separation.
• Responsible for planning, assigning, and directing work to meet business demands to ensure optimal operations and customer satisfaction during all business hours.
• Act as a role model to other team members and presents oneself as a credit to Company and encourages others to do the same.
