Busch Gardens is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador in Tampa to greet guests, verify passholder memberships, and sell upgrades. You will help with in-park communications, answer questions, and guide guests to offerings, while building a strong pass holder community and delivering exceptional guest service.

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality or guest services.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Hospitality is a plus.
• Sales experience and comfort with selling upgrades to guests.
• Outgoing, approachable and friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests at reception area and verify passholder membership.
• Interact with guests, answering questions, selling incremental experiences and upgrades.
• Assist with in-park communication and messaging surrounding events, offers, tours, upgrades etc.
• Assist guests in park, answer questions and give directions.
• Respond to guests in a timely manner and drive positive sentiment within the community.
• Monitor, track, and report on pass members and provide insights.
• Build relationships with guests and annual pass holder community.
• Nurture a stronger sense of community among pass holders.
• Keep Pass Member Landing area clean and organized.
• Help facilitate Pass Member Events and other Marketing activations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
